You can place an order online by going the product page, click on ADD TO BAG. Once you have selected all the products that you want to purchase. Click on Proceed to Checkout & fill in all the contact & delivery information details on the Checkout Page & place your order after selecting your desired payment method.
You can return your items within 10 days of receipt of your shipment. They must be in original condition For clothing, unwashed and unworn In the original packaging Beauty & Cosmetics are not refundable Free gifts or promotional items are not returnable!

3/ Select the items & reason of your return & click Submit.

No, you can only return orders by submitting a return request. You will not be able to return or exchange from any store,

Once you submit the return request. It will take 1-2 working days for us to check & give you a call.
Upon placing an order, you will receive a verification call or SMS from our Customer Service Associate to ensure order accuracy. Once your order has been confirmed, it will be sent to our warehouse for shipment. Please note, credit card payment processing can take up to 3 business days, depending on the accuracy of the information provided. If the item(s) in “Cash on Delivery” orders are out of stock in our warehouse, then we will only ship the available article (s) or ask for your confirmation and if the item(s) in credit card orders are out of stock in our warehouse, then we will take your advice for the replacement product (s). You will be informed via phone or email in case a shipment is delayed due to any given reason.
We usually deliver the order within 2-3 working days. In case rain or any other natural disaster, the orders might get delayed.
We charge a FLAT rate for PKR 150 on all orders under PKR 2500. Any other above PKR 2500 will get FREE SHIPPING.

Items bought on SALE or Promotional discounts are not eligible for Returns & Exchanges.
In case, if the product is defective. We will gladly accept the return & issue you a refund or exchange the defective product with new one.

In order to update your membership information, your information will be updated when you enter the "Login" menu in the upper right corner of the home page, make the necessary changes and click the "Save" button.
You can request the cancellation of your order from our customer service line at +923051000085 through our Customer Service within the same calendar day.
The products that are out of stock are supplied quickly and our stocks are constantly updated. When our stocks are renewed, you can subscribe to the newsletter on our shopminiso.pk website or follow us on our social media accounts.
